Created by designer Joachim Jensen, Fjord is a modern reinterpretation of a contemporary classic, defined by its graceful, free-flowing curves and light scale. Using advanced 3D veneer technology, Fjord achieves a smooth organic shell that offers both beauty and ergonomic performance.
Two distinctive frame options give Fjord added versatility and visual intrigue. The dramatic infinite loop wire frame highlights the sculpted back detail with fluidity, while the four-leg stackable frame introduces architectural balance with its perpendicular leg orientation. Both versions can be customized with stunning wood arm caps that match the shell finish, providing a seamless, polished look.

Fjord is available in five striking veneers—as well as a Beech veneer that can be finished in any of Source International’s standard wood or painted finishes. Metal frames are offered in a wide palette of finishes including chrome, soft chrome, black matte, white, and three bronze tones, ensuring Fjord can adapt to a variety of interiors, from refined hospitality lounges to contemporary workspace environments.
