Kroll’s new Chicago workplace was envisioned as a space that could embody the firm’s evolving identity, foster team cohesion, and support an adaptive, hybrid workforce. To achieve this, Unispace implemented a strategic furniture solution that paired aesthetic clarity with long-term performance. Two standout Source products—Defign and Jump—played a central role in achieving this vision:

  • Defign offered streamlined silhouettes and clean lines that elevated both private offices and client-facing areas. Its refined profile and ergonomic design made it ideal for formal and informal meeting zones, aligning seamlessly with the space's aspirational aesthetic.
  • Jump, known for its light scale and intuitive adjustability, was incorporated throughout the workstations and shared zones. Its agile design supports today’s need for dynamic posture shifts and impromptu collaboration, making it a cornerstone of the flexible work strategy.

The furniture layout was inspired by the architecture of the Fulton Market building itself—open, bright, and community-driven. Anchoring spaces like the café, boardroom, and collaborative nooks along the windowed perimeter maximized daylight access and views.

By integrating Defign and Jump into key environments, Unispace ensured a balance of visual cohesion, ergonomic integrity, and operational agility. Their design not only reflects Kroll’s identity but also enhances the everyday experiences of those who use the space.
