From shell to base, the broad offering of Source seating can be tailored to suit both the form and function of a space—whether they’re looking for wood legs, sled bases, or five-star caster task chairs. Source offers a really helpful option to ship task chairs fully assembled for a small fee, which has been a game-changer on busy installation days.
In addition to this, the surface materials and finishes offered by Source are just as versatile. CID has used our standard finish options but has also requested custom paint finishes for wood components using provided color samples—and the results have always felt seamless. Source also provides high-quality samples, which makes the approval and client presentation process much smoother.
And when it comes to longevity, the CID team has seen how well our pieces hold up. One great example is the Salt & Oak restaurant at Kalea Bay, FL—a high-traffic hospitality space the CID Design Group team completed in 2018, where the chairs from Source still look and perform beautifully!
